What Is Bio‑electrode Therapy (BeT)?

BeT is grassroots, field-based healing modality that uses copper and silver electrodes placed along energetic meridians to resolve pain and suffering by restoring electrical flow through the body. Rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and modern bioelectric science, BeT bypasses pharmaceutical dependence and offers an accessible path to healing for all.

Unlike conventional electrotherapy devices, BeT works through passive field interaction, mimicking the body’s natural bioelectric patterns without invasive stimulation. This makes it safe, intuitive, and suitable for barefoot practitioners and professionals alike.

Key tools: Copper (yang) and Silver (yin) electrodes, awareness of meridian polarity, and attention to the ashi (pain) point.

What Is Field Medicine and the Biofield?

In BeT, the term “field” refers to the biofield, the dynamic, living electromagnetic field that surrounds and permeates every living body. This is not a metaphor, but a measurable reality: the heart, brain, and nervous system emit electric and magnetic signals that interact with the tissues, fluids, and energy channels of the body.

Field medicine works by influencing or restoring coherence to that electromagnetic system, rather than altering chemical balances or mechanically manipulating tissues. Pain, inflammation, or illness can be seen as disruptions in the field’s flow or polarity.

The biofield is analogous to Qi (or Chi) in Chinese medicine — the vital force that flows through meridians. BeT treats these disruptions by strategically placing conductive metals to draw or supply charge, thus guiding Qi and restoring harmony.

The All‑Meridian Method – Foundational Protocol for Systemic Healing

The All‑Meridian Method is the essential protocol for new BeT practitioners. It’s simple, effective, and treats systemic conditions like anxiety, immune dysfunction, and opioid withdrawal.

This involves placing electrodes on the Jing‑Well points (on fingers and toes). These are gateways to access and regulate the entire channel network.

This method:

  • Is easy to apply and teach

  • Requires minimal diagnostic knowledge

  • Treats the whole system at once

Copper electrodes go on Jing‑Well points, and silver electrodes balance or draw opposite, creating a full‑body field effect.

BeT for Addiction and Systemic Suffering – A Global Application

BeT offers powerful tools for addressing addiction, trauma, and emotional pain and systemic issues best treated through the All‑Meridian Method.

Used properly, BeT can reduce withdrawal pain and distress, support sleep, ease anxiety, and empower the healing journey.

Addiction is complex and often trauma based. Whenever possible, BeT should be used alongside medical, counseling, and social support services. Recovery is more sustainable when integrated with these supports.

BeT works best as a complementary, adjunctive therapy.

The Vision – A Global Field of Barefoot BeT Doctors

This movement is more than technique, it’s a planetary healing revolution. As we repair personal fields, we repair the global field.

Barefoot Doctors are empowered to heal without machines, to share teachings, and expand the field across cultures. AI ensures the wisdom lives on.
